PROVISIONS

1)Purchaser agrees to furnish a stage of adequate size for the ‘classof65band’ to perform. (Approximately 20 x 18 feet) . If the event is scheduled outdoors, then an overhead top is desired of the same size or larger. If an overhead top is not possible then, the band will then make the final decision as to whether it is in their best interest to perform outdoors. (rain, moisture, extreme heat, direct sunlight , etc., can destroy equipment)

2) Purchaser shall furnish dressing rooms to accommodate the artist.

3) The classof65band reserves the right to refuse performing outdoor engagements when, in their judgment, weather conditions would be detrimental to equipment and/or personnel. Therefore, a suitable indoor location should be reserved as an alternate in the event of poor weather conditions. Under these conditions, the purchaser agrees that the full contract price shall be paid to the ‘classof65band’ in the event no alternate location is obtained when threatening weather could cause harm to either equipment and/or musicians.

4) Purchaser agrees to provide adequate heating and cooling for the location. Extreme temperatures can damage equipment and/or personnel, and is therefore not permitted.

5) If light dinner music is required prior to our performance, we will provide the PA gear , purchaser provides the music on CD of their choice.

6) IF special attire (such as a tux) is required, then the cost of such will be added and/or provided by the purchaser.

7) A 60amp, 120/208volt, single phase power source within 100 feet of stage is required. If a this is not possible then we will need a minimum of six , 120volt, 20amp, dedicated circuits.

The special provisions are common guidelines; however they can be altered to your specific needs IF agreed by both parties as outlined on the back of this contract.

CANCELLATION TERMS

In the event either party must cancel, then it must be agreed by both parties. If the Purchaser and classof65band agrees to cancel this contract , then purchaser’s deposit (if any) will be refunded only if cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to engagement. IN the event the classof65band must cancel, any deposits will be refunded to the purchaser, and an alternate band of similar style & price must be found and obtained with our help.
